Apple Trifle
- 2 apples
- 200 ml low-fat vanilla yoghurt
- handful of pecans
- handful of raisins
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1. Peel the apples and cut into small cubes. Coarsely chop the pecans. Mix the apple cubes with the cinnamon, raisins and pecans.
- 2. Divide 1/3 of the apple mixture and half of the yoghurt in the glasses. Spread 1/3 of the apple mixture on the yogurt and divide the remaining yoghurt on this. Spread the remaining apple mixture on the yoghurt. 5 layers have now been formed.
