Smoothie with orange juice, carrot, mango and ginger
Carrot, mango and ginger smoothie
- 400 ml orange juice
- 200 g carrots
- 200 g mango
- 12 g ginger
- 2 tsp turmeric
- 1. Peel the ginger and chop finely.
- 2. Wash and peel the carrots. Cut the carrots and mango into small pieces.
- 3. Combine the orange juice, carrots, mango, ginger and turmeric in a blender to make a smoothie.
