Chicken gyros pita
- 300 g chicken gyros
- 200 g tzatziki
- 2 roma tomatoes
- 4 wholegrain wraps
- ½ red onion
- ½ cucumber
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1. Heat a frying pan with the sunflower oil and bake the chicken gyros
- 2. Thinly slice the cucumber lengthwise and cut the red onion in thin rings. Cut the tomato in thin slices as well
- 3. Briefly heat the wraps in a frying pan and roll them like a funnel. Fill them with the chicken gyros, tomato, cucumber and red onions
- 4. Garnish with tzatzki
