Curried cauliflower soup
- 0.5 l vegetable broth
- ½ cauliflower
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 medium sized potato
- ½ red onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp chives
- 1 tbsp cooking cream
- 1 tsp sunflower oil
- pinch of pepper
- 1. Cut the cauliflower into florets. Chop the onion and press the garlic. Peel the potato and cut into cubes. Finely chop the chives
- 2. Heat the sunflower oil in a pan, fry the red onion and add the garlic puree and fry briefly
- 3. Add cauliflower, potato and curry powder and bake for around 3 minutes
- 4. Add vegetable stock, let it cook and puree the soup with a mixer. Add chives and cooking cream to the soup and add pepper to your flavour
