Smoothie of soy drink and Greek yogurt with bananas, lemon, basil and hazelnuts.
Lemon and basil smoothie
- 1.5 lemon (100 ml juice)
- 4 hands of basil
- 2 bananas
- 2 bananas
- 40 g blanched hazelnuts
- 200 g soy drink Almond
- 100 g Greek yogurt 0% fat
- 1. Peel the bananas and cut them into large pieces.
- 2. Squeeze the lemons and strain the juice.
- 3. Mash the bananas, hazelnuts, lemon juice, basil and a splash of soy drink in the blender until smooth.
- 4. Add the remaining soy drink and the Greek yogurt and mix until smooth.
