Open avocado and tomato sandwich
- 4 slices wholegrain bread
- 2 avocados
- 200 g cherry tomato mix
- 100 g dairyspread
- hand of basil
- 4 tbsp lemon vinaigrette
- hand of watercress
- 1. Cut the avocado in slices and halve the cherry tomatoes. Chop the basil fine.
- 2. Mix the vinaigrette with the cherrytomatoes and the basil.
- 3. Devide the diaryspread over the 4 bread slices. Devide the avocado and cherry tomatoes over it. Garnish with watercress.
