Thickly sliced wholemeal bread topped with ham, bell pepper and honey mustard sauce.
Open ham sandwich
- 4 thick slices of whole grain bread
- 8 slices of ham
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 handfuls arugula
- 1 handful of cress
- 4 tbsp honey mustard sauce
- 1. Cut the bell pepper into strips.
- 2. Layer the slices of bread with arugula. Layer with ham, bell pepper and honey mustard sauce. Garnish with cress.
