Pita falafel & hummus
- 24 falafel balls
- 4 whole wheat wraps
- 200 gr little gem
- 80 gr tzatziki
- 100 gr hummus plain
- 70 gr pomodori tomato
- Half a red onion
- 1. Prepare the falafel according to the directions on the package.
- 2. Finely chop the little gem and remove the hard core if necessary. Cut the red onion into paper-thin rings.
- 3. Cut the pomodori tomato into thin slices.
- 4. Heat the wraps briefly in the microwave according to the directions on the package.
- 5. Spread the wraps with the hummus. Top with the little gem, falafel, tomato and red onion and roll up the wraps.
- 6. Serve with tzatziki.
