Smoked salmon and apple wrap
- 4 whole wheat wraps
- 200gr smoked salmon chips
- 2 green apples
- ½ red onion
- 4 handfuls of spinach
- 4 tbsp light dairy spread
- 4 tbsp honey mustard sauce
- 1. Cut the apples into thin slices and the red onion into paper-thin rings.
- 2. Spread the wraps with dairy spread and top with spinach, salmon flakes, apple, red onion and garnish with the honey mustard sauce.
