Smoothie apple & cinnamon
- 3 apples
- 1 tsp grated cinnamon
- 150 ml soy drink (almond)
- 80 gr oatmeal with muesli and nuts
- 1. Peel the apple, remove the core and cut the apples into pieces.
- 2. Place the apples, oatmeal, grated cinnamon and soy drink in the blender and puree into a smooth drink.
