Smoothie pear/fennel/parsnip smoothie
- 1 pear
- 200 gr of fennel
- 60 gr parsnips
- 150 gr of grapes
- 160 ml almond drink
- 1 lemon
- Handful of basil
- 1. Peel the pear and remove the core. Cut the fennel into pieces, peel and cut the parsnips. Squeeze the lemon.
- 2. Put the pear, fennel, grapes, parsnip, lemon juice, basil and soy drink in the blender and puree into a smooth smoothie.
