A fresh smoothie of soy drink and coconut yogurt with strawberries, mango and chia seeds.
Strawberry/mango/chia seed smoothie
- 200 g frozen strawberries
- 200 g frozen mango
- 4 tsp chia seeds
- 4 tsp maple syrup
- 300 ml soy drink almond
- 100 ml coconut yogurt
- 1. Defrost the strawberries and the mango.
- 2. Mix the strawberries and mango with the coconut yogurt, chia seeds and maple syrup in the blender until smooth.
- 3. Mix with the soy drink.
