Sweet potato smoothie
- 320 g sweet potato cubes
- 160 ml coconut milk
- 280 ml soydrink almond
- 2 tbsp vanilla-extract
- 1 tsp ground aniseed
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1. Cook the sweet potato for 10 minutes. For a hot smoothie; heat the coconut milk and soy drink in a saucepan.
- 2. Add the sweet potato, cinnamon, vanilla syrup, aniseed, coconut milk and soydrink to the blender and puree into a smoothie.
