Sweet potato smoothie
- 320 gr sweet potato cubes
- 160 ml of coconut milk
- 280 ml soy drink (almond)
- 2 tbsp vanilla syrup
- 1 tsp ground aniseed
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1. Boil the sweet potato for 10 minutes. For the warm smoothie: heat the coconut milk and the soy drink in a saucepan.
- 2. Place the sweet potato, cinnamon, vanilla syrup, aniseed, coconut milk and soy drink in the blender and puree into a smooth smoothie.
