Thai wok with beef strips
- 360 gr of brown rice
- 320 gr beef strips
- 160 gr teriyaki sauce
- 200 gr broccoli
- 80 gr snow peas
- 120 gr carrot julienne
- 1 bell pepper
- ½ bok choy
- 2 spring onions
- 2 tbsp wok oil
- 1. Cook the brown rice according to the instructions on the package.
- 2. Cut the spring onions into fine rings, the bok choy into chunks, the broccoli into florets and the bell pepper into strips.
- 3. Heat the wok oil and stir-fry the beef strips briefly, add half of the teriyaki sauce. Then add the bok choy, the broccoli, the carrot julienne, the snow peas and the bell pepper strips and stir-fry for a few minutes and deglaze with the remaining teriyaki sauce.
- 4. Divide the mixture between the plates and garnish with the spring onions.
