    With so many food and wellness-focused influencers out there, it’s hard to know which ones are actually worth your time. So, we came up with a list of Mindful by Sodexo’s favorite influencers. Like Mindful, all the accounts on this list believe that eating real, nutrition-packed food is key to a person’s well-being.  

    Deliciously Ella

    Started by Ella Mills as a personal blog in 2012, Deliciously Ella has become an empire in the years since its inception. Mills now has cookbooks, a podcast, and an Instagram profile with more than 1.6 million followers. Across all her platforms, Mill’s shares her passion for making crave-worthy, plant-based food. Deliciously Ella is perfect for anyone looking to add more meatless recipes to their repertoire.

    Food Heaven

    Two best friends, Wendy and Jess, decided to team up in 2011 to start this blog with the goal of showing people that nutritious food can taste good and doesn’t have to be expensive. Both women are registered dietitians and diabetes educators so you know you can always count on them for healthy recipes. In addition to an abundance of great recipes Wendy and Jess offer up information on what to eat for healthy skin and meal planning. You should also check out their podcast where they discuss topics like living authentically and intuitive eating.

    Ambitious Kitchen

    From gluten and dairy-free recipes to pastas and meals under 400 calories, Ambitious Kitchen has something for everyone. Monique, the woman behind Ambitious Kitchen, is a master of making healthy food interesting and tasty. Better yet, all of her recipes are made with easy-to-find ingredients and include nutritional information. Ambitious Kitchen also has plenty of advice on other topics including overcoming unhealthy relationships with food and travel guides.

    Nutrition Stripped

    For those looking for recipes and tips from an expert, check out Nutrition Stripped by Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist McKel Kooienga. This blog includes healthy versions of classic recipes like deviled eggs and banana pudding, as well as bits of wisdom on topics such as magnesium-rich foods and plant-based proteins.

    Fit Men Cook

    This blog is a must for anyone who needs some extra inspiration to get healthy and stay healthy. Kevin Curry, the man behind Fit Men Cook, took an interest in nutrition and fitness to combat depression and unhealthy eating habits. He’s now transformed his life and wants to help others do the same. In addition to his inspiring personal story, Fit Men Cook serves up tons of hearty and healthy recipes, as well as fitness motivation. Fit Men Cook has something for everyone.
