Fruit & Pomegranate Crunch Bowl
- 200g of watermelon
- 2 pink grapefruits
- 20g of blueberries
- 40g of pomegranate seeds
- 1. Peel and dice the melon in 2cm cubes.
- 2. Peel and segment the grapefruits, reserve the juice.
- 3. Lightly mix together the melon, grapefruit (including the juice) and blueberries. Allow to chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- 4. Serve into 4 bowls and sprinkle over the pomegranate seeds to serve.
