Rocket, Pepper & Philadelphia Cheese Malted Baguette
- 4 Malted or Wholemeal Baguettes (140g each)
- 120g Philadelphia Light
- 50g Rocket washed & drained
- 160g Red Peppers cut in to 3-5mm dice
- 1. Carefully slice the baguette lengthways about ¾’s the way through at a forty five degree angle, then gently prise open.
- 2. Lightly spread the Philadelphia Cheese over the bottom cut half of the baguette top with the diced peppers and the rocket.
- 3. Keep in the fridge until required.
